This Agreement governs your use of the ph962 platform, including all gaming services, account features, bonuses, payment processing, and support channels. Please read every section carefully before registering or using ph962's services.

Attempting to register while underage or outside the Philippines results in permanent account termination.
Deposits and withdrawals at ph962 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are subject to verification. ph962 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match your ph962 account exactly.
All promotional bonuses at ph962, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback offers, are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These terms are displayed in full before any bonus is accepted. Attempting to abuse bonus structures is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
ph962 operates under a valid PAGCOR license. Player funds are held in segregated accounts. All games are certified by independent testing laboratories. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism is available to all Philippine players as a formal recourse pathway beyond ph962's internal support process.
ph962 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools on every account. Each person may hold only one ph962 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed with all associated balances and bonuses forfeited. 1.1 These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and ph962 with respect to your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and ph962 relating to the subject matter herein.
1.2 By registering an account, accessing the ph962 website, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph962 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
1.4 These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretations and disputes. Any translations provided are for convenience only and do not override the English version.
2.1 ph962 services are available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:
2.2 ph962 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending the outcome of that verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.
3.1 To access ph962's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process in full and pass ph962's Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification procedure. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in the Philippines, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 ph962's KYC verification requires the submission of a clear, unaltered photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID. ph962 may require additional documentation to confirm your address, source of funds, or payment method ownership.
3.4 You may register and maintain only one (1) account on ph962. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, email address, or payment method used. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
3.5 ph962 will use the information collected during registration and KYC in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph962 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where caused by a proven security failure on ph962's part.
4.2 You must not share your ph962 account credentials with any third party. ph962 employees, agents, and support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication requesting your ph962 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph962 immediately.
4.3 You must notify ph962 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph962 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security incident.
4.4 ph962 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. ph962 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or to enable available security features.
4.5 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
5.1 ph962 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods currently available on the Platform: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether). Available payment methods may be updated from time to time. Refer to the Cashier section of your ph962 account for the current list.
5.2 Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name that matches your ph962 KYC-verified identity. ph962 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed and the associated account will be subject to investigation and possible suspension.
5.4 GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your ph962 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer and card deposit processing times may vary according to the applicable financial institution's operating hours and clearing procedures.
5.5 ph962 does not charge fees on deposits from GCash or Maya. Fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider are the sole responsibility of the depositing user. USDT transactions may be subject to applicable blockchain network fees.
5.6 ph962 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on accounts in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements or following the activation of player-initiated deposit limits. ph962 may also apply enhanced due diligence measures, including source-of-funds documentation requests, before processing deposits that exceed certain thresholds.
6.1 Withdrawals from your ph962 balance are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. Withdrawal requests are subject to ph962's review process prior to disbursement.
6.2 Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash or Maya. Withdrawals to other methods may be subject to different minimums as displayed in the Cashier.
6.3 ph962 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary according to the receiving bank's operating schedule.
6.4 Withdrawals will be disbursed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. ph962 may, in certain circumstances, require withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered in your name.
6.5 ph962 reserves the right to conduct additional identity, source-of-funds, or AML verification before processing any withdrawal. ph962 may delay or temporarily suspend withdrawals pending the outcome of any account review, investigation, or verification process.
6.6 Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered (i.e., funds that have not been used for any gaming activity) may be subject to an administrative processing review. ph962 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of such funds before processing withdrawal.
7.1 ph962 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prize pools, VIP program rewards, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published in the Promotions section of the Platform and displayed at the time of acceptance.
7.2 All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:
7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph962 maintains the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of systematic bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of software or algorithms to exploit promotional structures, or any other conduct designed to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
7.4 ph962's VIP Program rewards are governed by this Agreement and the VIP Program terms applicable at the time of tier qualification. VIP tier status and associated benefits are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked if an account is found in violation of these Terms.
8.1 All games available on ph962 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streaming from professional studio environments. ph962's slot titles and RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories, and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on certified statistical performance data.
8.2 By playing any game on ph962, you acknowledge that: (a) games involve inherent risk and the house maintains a mathematical edge over time; (b) past game outcomes do not affect the probability of future outcomes; (c) ph962 does not guarantee that you will win any specific amount or any amount at all.

8.5 ph962 reserves the right to void, cancel, or refuse any wager where there is evidence of technical malfunction, system error, suspicious betting patterns, or circumstances where a bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph962 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, reporting to PAGCOR, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
10.1 ph962 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and regulated gaming environment for all Filipino adult players. The following responsible gaming tools are available on every ph962 account and can be activated at any time from the account settings section:
10.2 Limit reductions take effect immediately upon activation. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before taking effect, in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards.
10.3 ph962 will not knowingly allow a player who has self-excluded from the Platform to open a new account or to regain access to a closed account during the active self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion measures are a violation of these Terms.
11.1 All intellectual property on the ph962 Platform, including but not limited to the ph962 name, logo, branding, website design, user interface, game software, content, graphics, text, and trademarks ("IP"), is the exclusive property of ph962 or its licensors, as applicable. All rights are reserved.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph962 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on ph962's IP.
11.3 You must not reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any content from the ph962 Platform without prior written authorization from ph962. Unauthorized use of ph962's IP may result in legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph962 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
12.2 Where ph962's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ph962's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph962 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph962's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 ph962 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where ph962 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 You may close your ph962 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your primary verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
13.3 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ph962 reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation for losses and administrative costs incurred, or to return the balance at ph962's sole discretion following investigation.
14.1 These Terms and your relationship with ph962 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ph962, you agree to first contact ph962's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph962 will endeavor to respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph962's internal dispute resolution process, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its designated player dispute mechanism. ph962 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
14.4 For disputes not resolved through the above mechanisms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.1 ph962 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph962 will notify registered users through one or more of the following methods: in-platform notification upon next login, email to the registered address, or a notice posted on the ph962 website.
15.2 Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or applicable law.
15.3 Your continued use of ph962 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
